The Self Defense Institute (TSDI) professionally tailors its high-quality training programs to meet the needs of today’s adults and their families. The chief instructors have met the challenges of today’s adults. The philosophy of TSDI is to fortify spirits, cultivate minds, and build energy-charged bodies.
The instructors of TSDI demonstrate years of hard work and conditioning. They are well connected to the lineage of Kempo and have been certified as 5th Degree Black Belts in the art of Shaolin Kempo/Jujitsu/Kung Fu.

In as few as two classes per week, students are building their energy-charged bodies, reducing stress, and creating success as they balance work, school, and family life. Training is available on site at various corporate locations and at TSDI's location at 1721 Main Street (next to the U.S. Post Office), MGM Plaza, in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
