Season of Growth

Updated: Mar 8, 2020

The season of Spring wakes us, nurtures us, and revitalizes us. Spring is a season of new beginnings. The reprieve that warm Spring days offer from the bitter cold days of winter is cause for celebration. During the period of time, which falls between March 21st and June 20th, the days and nights become milder, flowers and plants bloom and days become longer. The earth seems to come alive once again. Here is an interesting fact: On the first day of Spring, a person at the North Pole would see the sun skimming across the horizon, beginning six months of uninterrupted day light. A person at the South Pole would see the sun skimming across the horizon, signaling six months of darkness. Again, this Spring season is associated with rebirth, renewal, regrowth, blessings and gratitude! Happy Spring! :)
